If ordering T-shirts for the 2012 Spurlock Reunion, please include

$(TBD) per shirt and indicate total shirts ordering and sizes on the Registration Form.

 

Deadline

 It is extremely important that all completed Registration Forms, t-shirt orders, and monies are received on or before the deadline.  So that the reunion is enjoyable for all we need an accurate head count to ensure that an adequate amount of food and beverages are available for everyone to enjoy. 

 

Hotel Accommodations

Please make sure that you contact the hotel to reserve your room and mention that you will be with the Spurlock Family Reunion.  After making your reservations, don't forget to request and record your confirmation number.  Hotel information is as follows:
